I've ordered from underfloor parts many times with no issue however on this occasion parts were missing from the delivery. Their attitude was 'we sent so you must have received it'. I had no option than to re order the missing parts, effectively paying twice. The delivery got split into two deliveries by the courier and were received four days apart ,I had to pay them an additional £87 for parts that were missing, these parts were not consumables they were integral to fitting the manifolds,why would I reorder the parts if I had already received them

I've used underfloor parts for a few years mostly for spares as they generally have anything and everything I've needed from pumps, flow meters and actuators to replacement balancing valves on 20+ year old manifolds and wiring centres. Products are well priced and delivery is quick. Keep up the good work.

Cameron Jones gave helpful advice in our email exchanges and when ordered the parts arrived within ten days .. all the way to the the UK to the rural Australian location of Muckleford. Highly recommended.
