poor communication if any, took 4 days to get a order confirmation email. I received an email 5 days ago to track my shipment/delivery and still when I click track...it says no tracking info is available yet!!! My order placed on 9/23/2024--no idea when my order is arriving if at all!
Terrible service--poor care to your customer. I will not return to purchase again.

***This is exactly why a delivery email not only should be given but is expected by any customer!!!!****
