Ordered on Dec 7th and package never arrived and they won't send a refund. Emailed several of time to see if something can be done or worked out but they just want to keep my money when my order never came. Smdfh. definitely not order from this company again. Do not recommend.

It says 6-12 processing days for custom stuff during holidays and 7-15 shipping. I at least want to know if it will arrive by Christmas and to have more updates
