We at MLGW, LLP are very happy with the Nexcut service. A few days before pickup, we communicate back and forth regarding ETA and 9 out of 10, the crew members arrive on time. The pickup and drop off of the bins is quick and the actual shredding is done on site quickly and discreetly. The crew members are very nice, courteous and efficient.

The gentlemen are courteous when they come to collect our documents to be shredded. There need to be better communication however between the company (Nexcut) and its clients. I do not receive communication in advance if they change our pick up date to earlier or later or when there is a price increase. I find out either when I receive an invoice at which point I contact them and will be given an apology then.
