"The Kandi Cowboy arrived in perfect…"

The Kandi Cowboy arrived in perfect condition on Saturday evening a bit after 9 PM. The driver called earlier in the day and asked if a same day delivery would be OK, and, of course, i said yes. He backed it out of his very large trailer and made sure that i knew how to drive it. Very satisfied with the delivery. The Kandi Cowboy put in a good days work on Sunday hauling brush to a burn pile on the last burn day of the season in our area. Having it available all day was great.

Dealt with Keith Gipson. I had two shipping containers being delivered. I had a crane come to unload them after he told me they were on their way. Found out from shipping yard they left and did not pickup containers. Cost me 250.00 for crane sitting on site. He said they would cover the costs. They are not.

He then was supposed to pick up again today after I had asked him about everyday leading up to this morning if we were good and he assured we were. At 9 am this morning I finally get ahold of him, and he says they had a computer glitch, and the drivers were not scheduled. This company is a joke and Keith is a lying pos. Costs me 500.00 so far for crane service with no containers moved.

Do not use these scammers and Keith Gipson the liar.

They were quick in getting a quote and identifying a carrier to transport my motorcycle from FL to IN. The first carrier declined the day before pickup and GetCarriers worked on the situation to find another carrier who would come pickup the motorcycle on the original scheduled date. The motorcycle was deliver within 5 days from pickup date (including 3 days of long weekend in between) and delivered with no damages at my door.

GetCarrier had a very good support team that communicated on a timely manner, followed up on inquiries and ensured my shipping needs were taken care.

I called to get a quote because the other carrier that was going to do the transport did not call to verify time of pickup. They told me they would pick it up 3/26/24
then told me that they did not have another driver and when the did the price double. So Andy with Transport Saver said he can have someone that day 3/25/24 to pick it up it was 125.00 more but still alot cheaper than the other carrier. He kept me updated and the driver aswell and got it there in one day less than the other carrier. After it was delivered Andy texted me to see how everything went I told him great and thanks. Will be using Andy with Transport Saver in the future.
