I'm writing this review to share my less-than-satisfactory experience with Go Easy Online. During the Black Friday sale, I ordered a product that was listed as "in stock." However, my initial excitement turned into a prolonged period of disappointment.

The first setback occurred the following Monday when I was informed that the item was out of stock, contradicting their initial advertisement. This was frustrating, but I was willing to be patient and was told the item would be available by January 10th. Yet, when I contacted them on the promised date, I was met with another delay, extending the wait by another 10 days.

Hoping for some resolution, I reached out through their live support chat today, only to be informed of an additional two-week delay. This series of postponements and lack of reliable communication has been very disheartening.

I understand that inventory issues can happen, especially during high-demand periods like Black Friday. However, the consistent miscommunication and shifting timelines have been a significant inconvenience. It’s crucial for a business to manage customer expectations accurately, and unfortunately, Go Easy Online has failed in this regard in my experience.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. For anyone considering a purchase from them, I would advise caution and suggest looking for alternatives that can offer more reliable service and communication.

Great quality product at a great price. Although the delivery partner misplaced the product at their warehouse, the Customer support at Go Easy Online were beyond exceptional, after their immediate contact I received the item 2 days later. I was sceptical at first as the prices were too good to be true but after receiving the item at a knock out price and the brilliant Customer Service I will definitely be buying again. Very happy with the purchase :)

Something that was supposed to be delivered in 7 days took 7 weeks before it even left the company’s shipping.
