I have not used the scooter yet since it is a gift, I checked it out, has a great pattern, looks great quality.

Fantastic! I ordered the reformer At midnight for same day delivery. I had customer service call at 9am the following morning to confirm time. It was at my door by 3PM same day!

It comes in a wooden box so it’s well protected. The frame itself is assembled. You then just have to assemble the ropes etc by following the instructions. Very easy. I had my partner carry it upstairs slowly. It has wheels so you can move it around.

It functions very well. Similar to what you get at a local studio. And well priced!!!! Seriously, get it!!!!

Purchased online on a Monday. Heard nothing. Then had to chase to check when I could expect dispatch and was told 1-2 days. It had already been 2 working days. Asked numerous for an eta and was ignored by the online chat until I requested a refund. The item was then sent out on the Friday. Plastic wrap packaging was taped to the block and tore the box when I opened it which looks terrible when it's a gift. Also probably seems in non returnable due to the packaging being ruined. Not a great experience but at least it arrived.
