"Unreasonable 15% charge for refund as order couldn't be picked up when store was unexpectly closed"

They didn't update their opening hours between Xmas and New Year on their website. I placed 2 orders and could not pick them up before moving interstate. Eventually I had to pay them 15% to get the refund from order cancellation. Terrible experience as it was partly their fault.

Very easy to communicate with this company. When I called on the Monday a week before Christmas, to see if they had my item in stock, they were very reassuring that it would be ready for collection by midweek. And they also recommended I purchase online to take advantage of the 10% discount. I received a confirmation email that my item was ready for collection within 1 day of purchase. They also called to let me know that their opening hours had changed for Christmas. We love the Daintree Monkey bar swing set. Easy installation and very sturdy. Couldn’t recommend Go Easy online more and will use them in the future. No hassles which is what you want at Christmas time!
