Nice properties, very good and fast handover. Everything as desbried and listed on their website.
The only improvement would be to make it easier to reach just one person to handle your search, otherwise can be a bit confusing.
I recommend using this agency, no problems so far.

"Very much dissatisfied and disappointed…"

Very much dissatisfied and disappointed by Wohnref service.I got an apartment from wohnref ,but the door to the bedroom from outside is Defect and it allows cold air to get in.I am with an 8 month old child so i currently closed that room
And me an my family is sleeping in Hall .I informed wohnref and they offered me a new apartment in same price .I asked for viewing appointment and then wohnref increased 120 euro from the offer they give earlier.On asking they are saying it was corona price.like how could you change the price from 795 to 920 in two days time,and if ask about the door to be fixed they say its not their responsibility.I am really disappointed.

Wohnref is saying they send the Handyman ,and then saying the door needs delivery time.like how much delivery time.first it was told 8 weeks,after 8 weeks I asked then they change it 15 weeks and also not sure it will come within that time also.I have mail from them saying the same.
But I dont blame Wohnref for that.

And also claiming we didn’t allow handy man to get in.Thats a total lie and every handy man should have signed copy from the tenant that they have done some work/(or tried to do )and we have proof of that too.

But Wohnref is claiming its not their fault that they have to change the Rent,This is not right .I got offer mail from you with 795 euro and which is even mentioned in your website (I have screenshot and mail copy for proof) and I have mailed for viewing appointment accordingly.It not a good practice to change the offer from 795 to 920 after knowing I am interested .

Despite hard time due to covid, Wohnref offered me an excellent service. I think it is the only immobilien service in Erlangen which offers customer service in English. I rate my 5 star to Wohnref.
