She spoke perfect English, showed me the apartment, and mediated all conversations with the landlord. The communication was perfect and she was very helpful and considerate.She explained everything clearly and the overall process was super smooth. I’m extremely happy with Wohnref. Would definitely recommend it.

Hi, I was looking for rental home in Erlangen Germany, as I was travelling to Germany for work with my wife. Wohnref Erlangen has assisted us to find home. Das Angebot über die Wohnref-Seite ist gut geeignet für einen ersten Überblick. Leider ist nicht jede gelistete Wohnung auch tatsächlich zum angegebenen Zeitpunkt verfügbar. Am besten sollte man daher das direkte Gespräch suchen.

Der telefonische Service war immer freundlich und kompetent. Die Wohnungsübergabe und sämtlicher Papierkram wird direkt mit bzw. durch Angestellte von Wohnref erledigt.

Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden!
