"Good RTA Cabinets with Good Service"

My overall experience with Bestonlinecabinets was very pleasant. There are some things you need to figure out on the assembly part but the construction and the finish of the cabinets was above my expectations. Definitely recommend.

From the delivery to the assembly all parts were in the package and all parts fit together like they should.

My only complaint, would be, if I were to complain is that there aren't any written assembly instructions. Once I learned all assembly information was available by You Tube videos I was all set.

I was having trouble to place order online. Ed contacted me and guide me through the whole process. He is very patient and helpful. Cabinets were easy to put together and easy to install. Everything from ordering to shipping to installing was great!

"48" Vanity Cabinet"

First off, the customer service was top notch. I have zero issues with that. The biggest issue was the quality of the cabinet. To sum it up, it is pure Chinese manufactured garbage. Warped panels, alignment issues, the drawer dovetails don't fit causing binding when opening/closing the drawers. It's not even plywood, it seems like a laminated balsa wood.

I tried to save some money, and found this vanity to be the best price. I totally regret buying it, and never will purchase from them again.

"Yes and no"

The cabinets are attractive and it was easy to set up a good configuration for the kitchen. Assembly was difficult ( this from an experienced carpenter, my contractor.) I find the hardware on the drawers to be pretty poorly designed and cheap. The sliders are underneath the drawers with pins that fit into holes on the bottom of the drawers. Consequently, when opening the lower drawers, you have to be very careful not to lift up at all, or they come off of the sliders. Then you have to pull them out, pull out the sliders, re-position the pins etc.

"Quality and customer service"

I order some white shaker cabinets for my kitchen and mahogany shaker for my bath vanities . Cabinets are better better than most RTA cabinets because they have a full plywood construction. Other companies will only have side panels plywood and a finish back panel that is 1/4" thick. These cabinets look and feel more rigid. The customer service was great every question I had Josh and Ed answered. That is a big reason why I went with best online cabinets. I definitely will order again. Thank you Josh and Ed.

The cabinets could be a little better when it comes to assembly but price and promptness of service is excellent. These people will talk to you, listen, and respond.

"Great place to order cabinets"

We heard about Best Online from a friend who remodeled his kitchen shortly before us. It looked great and he said they had a good selection, good quality and great prices.
I worked with Josh and he was so helpful. They gave us actual door samples to take home and test with tile, paint lighting etc. Once we figured out what we wanted we helped us configure a kitchen with our measurements. I was worried since we measured ourselves i thought me may be off a cm here or there but everything fit like a glove and looked great.
Josh was so helpful... we made changes to alliances after we placed the order and all I did was send Josh the model numbers and he insured if they fit or not. He got back to me the same day most times if not the next morning at the latest.
I would also recommend using their installers. They know what they are doing and do it fast and right.
We will be using Best Online for when we remodel our bathrooms next year.

I wish they would include written instructions with the order. Did not find the videos very helpful but we managed.
