"Kitchen cabinets"

They were very helpful with ordering, shipping and putting my kitchen together. They made suggestions that I didn't think of. The quality of the wood was very good. I was not disappointed. Shipping was quick and compact. I had one damaged door in which they replaced with no problem. I would recommend them and actually already have. I've had nothing but compliments on my kitchen!😊

I bought 23 cabinets Honey Oak from them. I did not have a chance to complete assembly and installation until 8 month later. The assembler who had started the contract left things unfinished and a little disorganized. Eight month later when I found damaged or missing parts they shipped replacement at their cost. I thought that was generous of them after 8 month to take the responsibility for damages in shipping, because it would be hard for them to make a claim from shipper after 8 month. Of course, I had to send pictures and email for every item that was defective or missing from the assembly. The bad part was that it took me time to do that.The good part was it minimized miscommunication and mistakes. They sent multiple shipments for my claims at no cost to me. When there was misunderstanding they gave the benefit of doubt to me, and sent soft-close-sliders to replace the regular ones that came in original shipment. I would have given them 5 stars if some of the structural plywood pieces did not split, had better assembly instructions, no mistake in shipping such as the wrong color, or mismatches.
Maybe other cabinets would not have some of the problems that I saw with HoneyOak. But overall, it looks high quality and chic. If I have another project I will buy from them again.

I am really happy with their service. They made my dream kitchen come to life with a 3d view. Every helpful with the design. I gave a lay out and theymade it work for my space and made sure I had everything I would need to do my project. They very helpful when it came down to changes in the design. Order, delivery, everything spot on. There were small areas of damage when received but these were of no concern because they were hidden by installation.

I have installed the cabinets already. They look better than what I expected.
It took me a while to pick speed and proficiency in installation. then I became so good that I am able to do it professionally!

Absolutely you can not beat the price any where else.
The help I got from the BOL was very helpful.
I recommend it to any one willing to chip in a little time and effort for a lot of saving.o

I was very satisfied, first with the professional help I got in designing the kitchen, then the prompt delivery of the RTA cabinets, their superior quality, the ease of assembly, and the quality of the soft-close hinges and slides. The support for a few replacements for shipping damage was excellent. Overall, I highly recommend BOC. I would not hesitate to get cabinets from them again. A totally satisfying experience.
