I have repeatedly requested an authorization to return the product since it’s not compatible with my alarm system. This request has been over a week. Nothing!!! I keep getting told by a service rep “Let me look into it”.
They only give 30 days to return and feel like they are intentionally not sending the authorization to prevent from being able to return the product.
I will never do business this company again.
