What a horrible experience! If you are looking to diversify your portfolio, look further! I've had HUGE communication issues setting up this fund. Thank goodness I started with the least amount that could be contributed. I really regret this mess. But I have learned a lot!

Once I invested, I thought I could top up on a monthly basis say bi-monthly at 100 dollars each to increase my investment. This was not possible did not get very clear feedback.
I requested my email address to be updated and this has not taken place for a long time. for some reason am not even sure which email they have on file.

I wanted to talk to a representative live on the phone for complete guidance on my intial investment, which I was not able to do after setting up my account. Diversfy makes communications either than emails, the app, and blogs difficult; in order to establish a more personal relationship as a consumer.
