I moved to "san VEN" a more reliable and superior platform. They are very untrustworthy on this site. I had a lot of problem with this firm that weren't fixed. The customer service is awful and for literally years you won't be able to access your account.

I invested $1500.00 in this company in 2020. I thought it was a five year time horizon for the maturity of the asset. I thought I was supposed to get my money back in 2025. We’ll, it’s 2025 and all I got was $98.00 as an interest payment. I read somewhere that the initial investment will NOT be returned until the real estate property is sold, which could be 20, 50, or even 100 years. WTH?! It smells like a scam! Beware.

Scam: once they get your money, it will be the last time they will speak to you; it is now 5 years and zero return on my investment. There is zero transparency on how the money is used and what the compensation is for the two owners. At this point, I have to assume that new money is just supporting their lifestyle; I recommend that everyone who has invested contact the SEC and the California AG for an investigation or a class action be brought against them
