"Atrocious Customer Service"

Easy to get started and robust reporting and dashboards. Customer service is awful, multiple requests go unanswered, expectations on resolution are not met. Issues drag on and on with no follow up unless the customer reaches out again for an update. Very disappointing.

My purchase was very easy . The transaction occurred when scheduled and everything was explained to me fully. I receive updates and, emails and statements at regularly scheduled times. Great for beginners like myself just getting started in investing. The only down side is that the return is extremely low at this time. I'll hang in and see if it increases.
