"Be prepared to keep your money locked up/not liquid"
I would not recommend DiversyFund because unlike other investment institutions, you cannot access your money in the short-term, making it tough for people who have been hard hit by the Covid pandemic. Furthermore, the growth on my investment has been disappointing compared to what I have received with index funds. If I had known how strict they were on holding on to people's money and that the profits were subpar, I would have never invested with them in the first place.

"Unable to exit after Invested $70k 3 years ago"
Invested $70k in early 2018 for a phase 1 of the project, which is the permit or entitlement phase, anticipated for a year to exit based on Thor investor document. So far, 3 years later, the project isn't able to exit and return capital. There is no exit options for investors, your money is stuck. Attempted to contact them many times but the answer has been the same for last 2 years: They need to get new finance or new investment before exit the previous ones, and permit is delayed (blame the city). And their term is that they won’t return your capital if too many investors ask to exit. In Dec 2020, I was told things will start moving soon and the new finance will be in for phase one to exit but after 5 months, no progress at all.

"I would like to know more about the…"
I would like to know more about the path of my investment. It nice not to have to do none of the heavy lifting. However it would be nice to know a little more of what is going on in the back of the house. Currently I can only see my initial investment plus any divedends received.

"Decent.. at best"
Decent percentage gains for a ‘safe’ investment momentarily but they aren’t very responsive as far as customer service & no options on the site from what I could find to pull out investments & relatively minimal information to investors as to which properties you’re invested in & your options. Everything just seems geared towards making larger investments into their program.

"I think Diversyfund is a wonderful idea!"
I think Diversyfund is a wonderful idea but it's really just for the "upper class" individuals. Minimal contributions are $500 and that allows me to participate perhaps once a year. I don't believe it is that much of a burden to accept money...or is it?
Thanks!

"I want to give more stars but...."
I want to give more, I am happy with the progress of my investment but I'm not sure that what I see on my dashboard is actually personally mine. The information is general and applies to all investors. I do not find navigating the site very user friendly. The platform looks easy but the information recycles. I do not actually see where my personal investments are placed in. When I make a contribution by adding funds it seems like it gets into a different account and it shows me earning interest separately than my principal amount. it's like starting over to where I'd rather have it all together. Basically I'm just waiting my time to really see how much I've gained. I think the % of return is less than actually advertised.
