Amazing group of people, Jake being an ex works cup mechanic has been able to solve every issue I’ve had on the bike swiftly and most importantly in an affordable way, always sticking to my set budget and giving pointers as to what my bike may need!! If you’re looking at giving your bike some much needed care, a deep clean or a quick checkup silk cycles is the place to go. Would recommend highly!

Highly recommend. Took my Urban Arrow cargo bike for a gold Service and can really feel the difference. They’re not cheap, but worth every penny. Very professional, thorough with great advice.
