When the pendant was delivered it was broken. I contact the company and explained that this was a 25th wedding anniversary for my wife; and I needed this to be mended and returned to me, by, no later than the 17th August. Mitch was absolutely incredible, and afforded me much appreciated time and effort to achieve this. The customer service I received was fantastic and a credit to the staff and the company, good old fashioned customer service, a refreshing change in these manic times WELL DONE. Ray Dodd

Gorgeous choice of rings. I chose an emerald & diamond ring and I am delighted! Sam was really helpful resizing the ring for me before I’d seen it with the understanding that I would still be able to return the ring if I was disappointed on receipt which of course I wasn’t. First of all, the service is very good indeed: highly attentive, informative and helpful. All items sold are delivered very quickly and without a hitch in my experience. Secondly, I found that the descriptions and photographs seem to be absolutely accurate in every case and are a genuinely good guide to the items on display. Finally, the jewellery itself is absolutely exquisitive, not cheap of course but fair given the quality of the items being sold, which are truly superb and to be cherished for a lifetime and clearly, given many are antiques, afterwards too!
