I decided I wanted to start using an old computer with Windows 7 that was sitting around. I purchased a Windows 10 upgrade & activation key from PC Sales - since I was not able to find a free upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10. After I got it, sent in an email, I was not able to do the download. I got a error message. I was beginning to wonder if I had been scammed.

I tried a few different things, then went back to the PC Sales Online site, and began trying to get help in their chat window. It was a little confusing at first, but then I understood what I was being told to do, did it, and BINGO, download began.

It took quite a while to complete the proccess, but it did all work.

I had some issues during activation so i emailed support and got an immediate response and solution.

I wanted to be able to give you a 5 but it took three days of intense trial and error to get me to "Angel, who proved to be just as her name states. She remoted my computer and fixed everything in a matter of about 15 minutes vs. 3 days of others. The activation would not work and all the others had me repeat everything over and over for each representative. If you would let one person attend a customer instead of making us start over and over there would probably be much more success. thanks again for all Angel's shinning results. It was completed on 9/4/24 but started on Saturday August 31.

no refund even tho they didnt deliver a working key. when contacted they wanted to remote into my pc to fix which is the most hacker thing i ever heard to make a online product key work.
