Jae did and outstanding job working with me to help me find the files on my laptop and then working with me to activate. Jae actually had to do the necessary steps to activate Office because Microsoft gave me an incorrect set of numbers.

I was a bit skeptical due to the huge discount to Microsoft pricing - $29 for Office 2021 (on sale) vs. $149 from MS (via Amazon).
I paid for and installed the software, then hit a small snag with activation. The folks at support were instantly available and helped me get an activation code manually.
Since then, software is up and running without any problems.
Fingers crossed.

Kathleen was excellent. Tried everything to instruct me and nothing worked properly. She finally had to remote control my PC and was able to get the software to install. She went well above what could be expected and was very efficient with English. Actually I was surprised as I would have thought she was a USA citizen. Great job!

First of all, the products are very fairly priced. The online tutorials are extremely thorough and easy to follow. I had a unique situation, and Angel from the chat was extremely patient and professional in walking me through each step until I was able to completely install the product and verified that it was working properly. A++++ for customer service!

My Office21 activation failed due to too many activations on that code. But the PC Sales Online support was fast, telling me how to activate via Microsoft's automated phone line. That worked. I'll give 5 stars due to the quick support.
