"Great company with a personal service"
Left one of the big 6 & decided to go with Zebra Power as price was competitive and the reviews were positive. Communication was excellent right from the word go. I used the website to submit my final readings from previous supplier and it was straightforward, probably one of the easiest sites I have used.
Sent an email to the customer service department to ask about changing my direct debit payment date and received a very friendly reply within 24 hours. Called the office as I was having problems with my previous supplier and spoke to a "real person" which doesn't happen often these days!
Overall the service has been personal and efficient, and I would highly recommend this company as a supplier.

"My parents have switched to Zebra Power…"
My parents have switched to Zebra Power from EDF Energy and they have been very impressed with how easy the switchover was - this is very important to them as they are in their 80's and so often companies can talk in jargon and they can be left bamboozled. This was not the case with Zebra. Everything was fully explained and they were kept informed as to every stage of the switchover. Moreover, they have saved approximately £400 moving over to Zebra for which they are over the moon with!
My parents and I would have no hesitation in recommending Zebra Power

"VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!"
I have posted a 1 star review as that is the least I can post. I would not recommend this company as when I initially went onto a comparison site this was the company that came in cheapest. After signing up and paying 2 months Direct Debit I got a phone call to say there had been an error with my direct debit payment it was too little and my account would soon go into debit. I did ask why and was told the consumption inputted was incorrect and my direct debits would not cover my invoices. I did say that there were other companies with cheaper home fuel costs and I could just switch to them, only to be told there would be an admin charge for leaving early!!! I am extremely angry and disappointed. I feel as if the effort put into getting the best deal for me and my family has been taken away from me. I would put a big question mark over the integrity of this company. And to further put a question mark over this company’s integrity, one of the reviewers on Google reviews is called Paul Eyres, the name of the Operations Director who called to inform me all was not as it seemed was Paul Eyres???? Coincidence.
