Absolutely gutted to receive the news today that I'm now with British Gas, would never have been a personal choice. Just wanted to thank the customer service team for their help and support over the last 3 years after I switched myself, my son who is in supported living and never received the service from anywhere else that he got from you, and my father in law, and we couldn't fault you. Wishing you all good luck in your future employment

I am so so sad to see this company go under. It seems so unfair as they were always very helpful when talking to their call centre. They were infinitely better than EDF who we transferred from. Their website was also excellent. Such a shame

Zebra are nothing more than cowboys! I had endless issues with them when I was a customer and I switched to another supplier, paying Zebra's final bill in August. They then reissued that bill and demanded payment again last week, apparently knowing they're going bust. If I'm being polite I'll call that sharp practice.

Good company sad to see it go. Customer service excellent. Sorry for the owner you had a good company I'm sure when the time is right you'll have another. Ridiculous price cap making you sell below cost. Ofgem don't seem to realise that just because they put you to a new consumer it doesn't mean you'll keep your fixed rate from a year ago. They act like the price cap is for consumers but actually it's a loss for business and consumer. Thanks for all your hard work. I hope everyone working at Zebra gets to keep their job in some capacity.

Im not surprised that Zebra Power ceased trading. In my previous review I was expecting it. Shame because I had a 2 year fixed contract and now energy will cost me a lot more. You have not fulfilled that contract. People should be compensated for that. Because if it was the other way round Im sure you would be asking for money 🥺

Please stop spreading lies. New supplier wont accept my previous contract. British Gas is 25-30% more expensive.
I understand that you are worried about yourself and your colleagues but let's be honest. In this labour market you won't have problems finding a job.

I've had to temporarily leave Zebra because of moving house but the service I received was excellent and helpful. All refunds have been correctly processed which I think is impressive given the turmoil in the power market at the moment.
I will sign up with them again as soon as the market has stabilised and assuming they have similar market competitive deals.
