I attempted to join yesterday and spent 45 minutes digging out previous bills for usage figures. The website asked me for all my financial details for billing. After submitting the details I received an email saying they aren’t taking new customers on, yet it had allowed me to go through the application. I then received another email saying that they had set the direct debit up and would be taking the money when due.
If this is an example of how efficient they are it looks like I had a lucky escape.

I have recently joined with Zebra power. My understanding was that I signed a fixed 12 month contract that would charge me £45/month. This has now changed to £100, I would like to talk to someone but have not been able to get through on their phone number (tried multiple times/ different days) and had no response to my email.

Such a difficult time for companies such as yourselves at the moment, you are the best at customer care, you answer your calls and emails quickly. I asked for a refund of my credit last week you responded in 1 hour to confirm I will receive my refund 3-5days, I now have this. Refreshing change from some of the big companies

"2021 and you cannot make a payment on their website."
I initially had trouble finding a way to pay my final bill. They eventually sent me a payment link via email. The email did not come from a zebra power address and the link did not direct to a zebra power page, does not exactly fill you with confidence given the amount of phishing that goes on.
I don't understand how an energy supplier in 2021 does not allow you to simply pay a bill on their web site. Let's hope the payment went through or I might have to send gold or silver via messenger pigeon.

I transferred to Zebra Power by accident and decided to look further being very dissatisfied already by the service and prices of two main suppliers. I’ve found Zebra to be very helpful, straightforward and easy to contact and speak to and importantly competitive in the priceing. No bell and whistles needed. THANK YOU ZEBRA
