give you a cheap deal saying they have worked it out on what you provide them with! Don’t no who does the workings out. Then I have been with them for 27 months, moved house and stung by a HUGE Bill as you leave them which they never mention until final payment.

After research I decided to switch my electricity supply to Zebra. This was a straightforward operation and Zebra's colleague Rachael made things easy with everything clearly explained. The selected tariff is competitive and a smart meter isn't required.
I recommend Zebra Power.

I read all the one-star ratings for Zebra Power on Trustpilot and nearly died laughing. People who don't realise that, if they use more energy they have to pay more for it, bring tears to my eyes.

In a world of sharks you guys run the best utilities company I've been with. You are fair and polite and efficient. I will add that I am an ordinary customer - and not married to the boss - particularly not if it's a man!

"Be prepared to be Credit Checked"

After much thought as I had not heard of this company but read a lot of fair reviews here I decided to switch from British Gas to them although they were not my cheapest quote I decided on them because they do not require smart meters and I do not want these. To my utter amazement I received an email stating they were refusing me unless I paid a £500 bond because I had not passed a Credit check!. I am a pensioner so I do not have anything on payments to show any credit trail I pay upfront for everything. These credit check companies can only show information if you have things you are paying ongoing. At my age my home and goods are paid for so you may wish to revise your system as you have just lost the chance of a very good customer.
