Had great service over the two years I have been with Zebrapower. Off to pastures new with a new supplier now because I can get my gas/leccy a bit (not a great deal) cheaper. Whether I regret this in terms of service, only time will tell. Thanks though for being a great/trouble-free supplier for two years. I might be back!

I have just renewed my annual contract with Zebra again. I have been with them a few years. They may not be the cheapest energy provider but their customer service is excellent. I believe they provide me with the best overall package, a good price coupled with good service. Well done Zebra!

"Misleading quotations"

I've been reading these reviews and just checked the Zebra quote service. I have an Excel spreadsheet where I put all figures in for comparison. While all other providers figures proof to be accurate, Zebra's calculation shows £49 less in annual consumtion than it actually is using their own tariff values.
So, either their calculator is faulty or they purposely provide lower figures to make their offer more attractive.
I checked the figures several times, no doubt, they are wrong and I'm not surprised that people wonder about their increased bills.
Very misleading.

I have been a customer with Zebra for the last two years. They have always been very efficient and helpful, responding to emails and phone calls quickly.
Their pricing is fairly competitive, not the cheapest but
that is compensated for by their customer service.
Just recently I have been dealing with Amelia from customer services, she has been most helpful in dealing with my renewal and queries. I would like that
noted and passed on to her line manager

i have been with zebra power for a few years now, i always compare tariffs with other providers every year when my current deal is up, but i don't find others cheaper so i stay with zebra power.
Very easy to deal with and great customer service.
