"The quiet Zebra"
Been with Zebra nearly a year. Am registered on Martin Lewis energy saving club. Regularly get emails of cheap deals. Unfortunately Zebra don't seem to be on these comparison sites. However I would say don't automatically believe these are better. Whenever I've compared unit prices with other companies Zebra are still amongst the cheapest. Not sure why Zebra don't beat their own drum more as I only heard of them through a friend.
You also get a prompt answer to any queries. Uk call centre, no long wait times on hold.
When I inputted the wrong digit on my meter reading so generating a way more expensive bill, it was sorted promptly without going through umpteen department's and more importantly my direct debit wasn't automatically raised.
Also like the idea that I'm supporting a UK company.
March is renewal time and I'm praying their rates are still competitive, really want to stay.
PS I've no connection to Zebra, just a happy customer, which is how it should be......

Zebra is as good as it gets.
I could not find any cheaper Unit Price for Elect or Gas from any of the comparison sites - so renewed with Zebra on a Fixed Term basis.

This company is ideal for someone who is elderly and does not want to be pressured into having smart meters. Readings only have to take place every three months, Charming, helpful staff. A pleasure to deal with.

I have been a customer of Zebrapower (where does the name come from?) for some 9 months. The transition went very smoothly and with no effort. I only recently tried to open my internet portal but this was unsuccessful ( this may have been due to my being of an age that computer skills are limited) or due to my living abroad. As instructed on the site I phoned expecting horrendous waits and service, this having been my experience with other utilities. My call was answered immediately and the problem was solved in a very friendly and helpful manner. I even received a mail a little while later to enquire if I had been successful! Can you imagine! I took the opportunity to enquire about extending my contract and received a reply very promptly. This is the way service should be .

Great service over the phone from Rachel. I was listened to without interruption and then Rachel proceeded to explain my options, clarifying with a colleague when she was unsure. Very honest and patient, great phone manner. Ended up with an annual saving of a few hundred pounds as a result. Thanks Rache.!
