Advisor did not follow request correctly. All items cancelled off order when only two were to be cancelled if possible prior to dispatch.
Communication was contradictory. Email was received to say all items cancelled followed by an email to say courier had the order.
The delay in response to ascertain the status of the order was slow. This delayed me being able to place a new order in a timely manner.
Communication delay and misinterpretation by the advisor was the main frustration. Easier to place order via Amazon for same items
