"The overall experience with the Tech21…"

The overall experience with the Tech21 support staff has been positive. Unfortunately the purchased product was not up to standard but the support staff assisted me and eventually provided a refund along with a discount on my next purchase.

I've been buying Tech21 phone cases since 2016.

In March 2024, I ordered a new case for a new phone. The case arrived in good time, however, I realised I'd ordered the wrong one. I immediately initiated a return of the wrong case and was happy with paying for the return myself as it was my mistake.

I know the return was delivered to the address Tech21 provided, on 9th April (because I have the tracking details). I was told it would take up to 28 days to process the refund. It's now been over 50 days and I have still not received my refund!

Whilst their products may well be of good quality, their returns and refunds process as left me feeling that I can not trust them. And neither am I willing to recommend them anymore.

"EvoMax case Great helpdesk"

I placed an order for the Evo Max case.
Purchased with Apple Pay and found out hard way it put in a mail address that my case would never have been delivered to.
My fault for trying to be secure. I panicked and emailed Tech21@ 1AM USA for help . They quickly responded very early that morning to guide and help me cancel order so that I could reorder it another way. Miranda was kind and very helpful and everything went smoothly.
I just received the case and absolutely made the correct decision. It’s a great case that not only feels good to hold but most importantly protects my camera lens on my 15Pro and yes I use MagSafe to charge it as well. It works great! Great job Tech21 techs! Maybe more colors our on there way but I’m happy I got Active Black. I will continue to show off and tell people what a great find Tech21 has been for me as well how great they handled my screwup

I was disappointed that they didn’t offer next day delivery, but in actual fact I didn’t need to be. Phone cover & screen protector was delivered the day after.
Have bought phone cover & screen protector before for old phone, so knew they are excellent.

"Fantastic company to deal with"

Fantastic company to deal with. I ordered the Eco Wave cover for my MacBook Air and it was damaged upon delivery. After contacting customer services they exchanged the item for me having seen photos of the damage. This was resolved very quickly and efficiently, thank you.
