"Really disappointed with Tamsy"

Really disappointed with Tamsy. I previously bought 2 dresses which were lovely but then I ordered a top with necklace. A pair of trousers arrived instead - their mistake. I contacted Tamsy who said they wouldn't send the correct order until I returned the trousers. They said they would send a returns label. It didn't arrive so I contacted them and they said I could return the incorrect item and they would refund me. I then only got a refund for the original item which I have never received. I have now paid £5.99 postage for the incorrect item and had to return it (additional postage). I have asked them to send me my original order - no reply! I would highly recommend not using this company. Very disappointed.

"Shambles of a Company"

Ordered three items at the same time. First item arrived fine. Second item arrived 12/12 as a substitute item which is nothing like the original and much shorter than the one I ordered. It appears to be a return as the bag was already torn open - no attempt made to repackage. The third item has not arrived. Customer service take days to respond and do not offer solutions or make effort to fix the awful service. Avoid this company at all costs

"I received a dress which was too small…"

I received a dress which was too small although it said one size fits all. I couldn't send it back as there was no invoice or returns label. I asked them to send me the items only to be told they will email me the paperwork. I said I can't print it off. I was told to go to the shop. I live in the country and I'm disabled I can't get to any shop. So I'm stuck with a dress that doesn't fit because I can get it sent back.not happy

"No exchanges, incorrect refunds, lies from customer service!"

I made my first order with a 3-for-2 deal, ordering a dress, pyjamas and a blouse. The blouse that arrived was the wrong size. I spoke to customer service and was assured I could exchange it for one the right size. I followed instructions and returned the blouse.
However I have received an email telling me they DON’T EXCHANGE!! They have refunded me £0.00 (as the blouse was the cheapest item so on the 3-for-2 deal I only paid for the other two)
As their own staff assured me the item would be exchanged I sent it back in good faith. I didn’t claim the postage even though no return label was sent.
In consequence I have lost the 3-for-2 deal which persuaded me to make an order with Tamsy in the first place, and have lost the blouse which - had I known they do not exchange items, I could at least have sold on EBay or similar to recoup a little expense.
I feel this is a very poor service - maybe a scam - which is a shame because I liked the items I received and probably would have been a loyal customer.
I should mention - though their return address is in the U.K. all the customer service emails come from India!! Interesting no?
I cannot recommend this outlet unfortunately and will not be shopping there ever again.

"Well done Tamsy"

I cannot fault Tamsy at all, in fact they surpassed my expectations. I ordered from their 3 for 2 offer and was surprised to receive them the next day. I did not pay extra for speedy delivery, in fact delivery was free. I wore one of the dresses for the first time today, it was lovely and comfortable and a perfect fit. I would like to add that I am a genuine customer and have no links to the company.
