"Poor customer service during intake call"

I was taking an intake chat with Scott, and trying to understand pricing better. When I expressed I was not confident after he repeatedly tried pushing me to close the deal, he ended the conversation by saying "are you sure you run an HR firm?" to try insulting me.

I encourage management to read the chat log and teach your associate some manners. I will never use your services, no matter how close I was to the deal. The sad thing was.... before he closed the window I was about to press purchase.
