We've been using the product for about 9 months now and truly enjoy the doForms experience! They have a wealth of wikis on their website for reference, daily webinars with live instruction, and an incredibly knowledgeable sales and support team.

Functionality: Ease of use for our field techs is above average
Reporting: Ease of creating reports is above average
Invoicing: The invoicing option is forced us to abandoned that process
Customer Support: Below average when issues arose

"Looks useful"

I tried doforms but stopped using it because it had a few limitations and the data collection we were doing was only a short term need. The main limitation was with the GPS coordinates recorded. There is a limit on the number of decimals recorded which limits the precision of the location data. If our data collection need was longer duration we probably would have tried harder to overcome that limitation, but it ended up just being easier to use paper and pen.

The program has become an integral part of how we do business. The staff follows up with you on a consistent basis to be sure you are having no issues and when you do they are courteous and quick to respond. I have nothing bad to say about the program.
