My order was,taken but no info of when I would receive my rug. After 6 days I rang to check when my order would arrive. The lady who I spoke to was very helpful and professional and explained that the my order had not been processed. She explained that the weekend was very busy and she would try to get my order to me over the next few days . But still have not been given a date of delivery of my order. Feel let down with .

Good communication re product which was no longer available. Showed me an alternative which I preferred. The light is cute and small. Gives off a soft warm glow. Not too bright but brightens a dull corner. USB charged so great to use where there’s no socket. Has a pretty bulb.

Staff were particularly helpful. I had visited shop when in the area and decided on returning home to purchase a lamp. I called the shop with a query and they were so helpful.
Only downside the delivery took a few weeks but it wasn’t time critical and the lamp is beautiful
