Jamie and Sean were the type of engineers you hope/wish you are going to get. They were punctual, polite, professional, happy to answer questions in everyday terms while doing the change over/ installation, took into account that we were still an operational office and they worked around me and my working tasks.
Once the change over was completed they went to each of the sections to ensure all was in order and operational and spoke to the staff/ answered their individual questions, as well as a 1:1 lesson on how to use the new section telephones.
