Paul came to install some software to integrate our telephone system. After promptly completing that on 3 computer systems, he went on to put a new ethernet cable in (above the ceiling) to overcome our short term office setup which had trailing extension cables on the floor - I did not request this it was off his own back and very much appreciated.
