"Automatic adding of products"

Launching a new cyber security product with an impersonal email that looked so much like a phishing email was not a great start. That this product was automatically added you our bill without our permission was also not how I believe business should be conducted.
The matter was resolved swiftly and we have been refunded, but I can't give more than 2 stars for this experience.

Once again SCG Wales have knocked it out of the park for us. We upgraded to Fibre through them (ticket ID 2625381), and the whole process was quick and pain-free. We would recommend them to anyone who wants to upgrade!
