"Steady and sure"

Been using SCG for many years to provide a virtual line for the company. All works well and never had an issue and hence not had a great deal of interaction with the company. I get a courtesy call once a year and the staff are always polite, but given that we have the most basic of products I couldn't give a 5 star review as I cannot judge all their various services and how they perform. However, all steady and sure here.

We have worked with SCG Wales for a number of years now. Their customer service is excellent, both verbally over the phone and in person. Every member of the team is always polite and knowledgeable.
The response time and fault resolution time is also second to none.
On a recent project Lauren liaised with Open Reach and organised everything and Sean was onsite on the day to finalise the project and manage the Open Reach engineer.
