"Erwartungen übertroffen!"

Ich bin skeptisch an die Sache rangegangen, weil wir eine leichte Möglichkeit gesucht haben, und während einer Wanderung durch den Norden Mallorcas zu versorgen. Meine Bedenken, dass ich allein durch einen Shake lange genug satt bin, kann ich jedoch verwerfen ;-)

Ich bin satt und fühle mich voller Energie und Bertrand schmeckt auch noch. 5 Sterne dafür.

j'ai découvert le principe de la nourriture en sachet récemment. Mon frère qui fait du trekking s'est moqué de moi il m'a dit "ha ha il y a pas de miracle ca fait des années que ca existe et c'est IIINFAAAAME"
Alors j'ai testé. J'ai fait livré chez moi toutes les marques qui proposaient une offre d'essai. Avec les amis on a gouté tout et c'est votre marque les sachet Bertrand Bio qui ont meilleur gout.
Depuis je l'utilise régulièrement. Parceque je suis maman, je suis danseuse, je suis ingénieur, et que j'aime toutes ces facettes de ma vie ... mais rater des repas c'est pas drôle. Bertrand Bio me permet de jongler entre tout ca les soirs où "c'est la course" et les midis où "ca va pas le faire on aura jamais fini à temps".

The product is really cool. It has all the nutrients you need and it tastes great! This is what you should get for a period of diet/fasting or for regular meal-substitution (especially instead of unhealthy fast food alternatives!)

I have carefully researched most of available future food via internet .

When considering Bertrand I have read redit and other resources, and while it was not as popular as other stuff there, reviews were all nice.

The price was I would say in the middle (not cheap as Dutch Joylent or USA Schmilk, but also not so expensive as Suomi's Ambronite with whooping 8EUR/meal!), nice bonus it is it's all natural, gluten free and organic certified. Plus you can have Vegan and Sport (double protein) versions.

The delivery all over the world for very low rates.

The guys behind Bertrand are very responsible. I think because they are small and young the customers service there is great for a German company.

I can no tell which taste is good, may favorite is Blueberry, but sometimes I line plain nutty one, or vanilla.. And there is new apple/cinnamon which I have not tried yet.

"One bag per meal please"

Good taste (I got the vanilla option). As advertised, it keeps your stomach satisfied for at least 5 hours.

It's a messy business to transfer the right amount to the shaker. The shaker itself is useless for me. And as a drinking vessel, it is even more useless since the cap that is inseparable from the main body contains fluid that invariably spills on your clothes. So I got rid of the shaker and use a standard mixer. Much easier and quicker. The only chore left is to divide the bag in 3 meals and find containers for the other 2, if you don't want to struggle with getting the right amount out of the bag each time.

All could be solved by offering a 1 meal = 1 bag, at least as an option although I cannot imagine anyone preferring 1 bag =3 meals. The bottle idea mentioned in the blog is no good: difficult to ship and not eco-friendly. And taking up too much space.

So my suggestion to make this a perfect product/service: 1 bag per meal and ditch the shaker (I did).

PS The Bertrand people are very quick to respond and their suggestions are to the point.

Ich habe sehr gute Erfahrungen mit der Kundenkommunikation, dem Kundenservice, der Zustellungszuverlässigkeit und auch der Produktqualität von Bertrand Food gemacht, so dass ich gerne weitere Bestellungen aufgegeben habe und vermutlich auch aufgeben werde. :-) Wenn Schwierigkeiten auftraten oder ich Fragen hatte war selbst nach 19.00 Uhr noch jmd erreichbar, auch Samstags. Einschränkungen auf meiner Seite wurden mit konstruktiven Lösungsideen pro-aktiv gehandhabt (Paketportionierung), und eine Bestellung wurde mir auf Wunsch sogar ins europäische Ausland nachgesendet. Wünschenswert wäre, dass auch eine Bezahlung per SOFORT-Überweisung möglich wäre, als Alternative zu PayPal. Bertrand-Kekse wären auch eine interessante Abwechslung (zum selben Preis). Insgesamt liebe ich Bertrand Food und wünsche den Unternehmern (und uns Kunden), dass sie am Ball bleiben, wachsen und die Nische der Kunden, die, neben dem Zeit- und Entspannungsfaktor, an echter Nachhaltigkeit interessiert sind, weiter glücklich machen werden! Preissenkungen wären erfreulich, aber dann würde ich vermutlich täglich zwei Packungen Bertrand verzehren. Zuletzt: gut hat mir die Greenpeace Magazin Reportage gefallen! Danke, für Euren Mut, etwas Neues zu wagen! :-)
