Our experience with Paul Hood regarding equity release was so positive. Both my husband and me were quite unsure having heard so many negative views from various people.
However Paul answered all our questions with straight forward replies thus putting us at ease.
He explained sympathetically with no hard sell, how equity release worked.
He left us with relevant paper work to peruse and explained there was no rush for us to take our time. When we made our decision to go ahead Paul got on with the task and the rest fell into place easily together with the company we decided to use and likewise solicitors. All in all we are very happy

The service was very quick and efficient. At his first visit Brett explained everything and was able to answer all of my questions . He was very reassuring and made the whole experience much easier and more straightforward than I was anticipating. He kept in regular contact and I had to do very little , it was all dealt with by the professional team. I had been dreading going through the process but from the very start felt a huge sense of relief that somebody else would be arranging every step of the process .
I can't thank Brett enough for his patience, kindness and efficiency .
