I have just had my Lifetime Mortgage complete within 5 weeks. From the initial contact with your Advisor Jason White on the 2nd December 2024 to completion today it has been a pleasure working with Jason. He quickly outlined the terms and conditions of a Lifetime Mortgage and my obligations assisting with outlining the benefits of a drawdown Equity Release product. Advising and supporting in the additional documentation needed to have the process completed quickly including the Solar panel, NHBC and Estate management documents to even providing independent legal advice through a Mobile Solicitor for my wife. He even went out of his way to make sure I understand the benefits of making payments to the plan to protect the equity in the property. I cannot recommend him highly enough. In 30 years of dealing with professionals in business he has been the most efficient and supportive in providing service and updates above what I would normally have expected. It has been a joy to work with him and I will be happy to highly recommend Jason, Responsible Life and Adlington Law to the general public if they require advice on Equity Release products.
