i have cancel my subscription but it been charged my next month without my consent. i have email proof that it has been canceled but it charges me. when i click to cancel on my account again but it shows blank page link end in "cancellation/pre". i have screenshot of blank page. i will love to post picture if this review site allows it.
ill keep on updating this review for a customer service through email. i call bunch of times already but no one answers.

still show blank page on web when your click cancel subscription on web. i try on mobile too and it shows the blank page.

"Worthless Company."

I used this company only for their resume templates, and honestly for the 2.95$ they charged me and then even after I canceled the B.S subscription it tried to get me to agree too.

They still charged me for a monthly fee, and when I called not once, or twice, but 3 darn times!!!

All 3 of the people who i worked with, each did the same thing. We need your information to cancel the subscription, and I gave it to them and let them know I canceled on their website too.

They placed me on hold and never came back, or did anything to help.

So I ended up having to call my bank and put a stop and dispute against this company, and due to this, I cannot use the card I paid with for 10 days!!

Thanks for making my holiday shopping for Black-Friday, impossible you worthless company.
