Absolutely appalling customer service, I only wanted 1 cover letter for £2.95, charged me £20.95 for something I knew nothing about and did not need.
Rang the firm to be told it's all in the small print, what a load of rubbish.
I have been in touch with my bank to stop all future payments from this company.
Another way os scamming innocent people who only ever wanted 1 cover letter...disgusting!!!!
