I ordered a mini Michael Buble. My order processed in a day and half and I received an email to track the package. "Inaccurate Shipping Information"

I contacted the company and Sasha couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. HOWEVER, the damage had already been done. If you order "after hours" I placed my order during business hours on a Friday with an expected delivery date 4 days away. I double checked before paying, their site never updated or changed the date or mentioned that there was an "after hours" or weekend delay. On Monday afternoon I received a notice that my order had shipped. It was supposed to deliver on Tuesday. On Wednesday I requested a tracking number, only to discover that my order wouldn't arrive until Friday (the day after I needed it). The site takes great pains to explain the US Postal Service and Priority Mail are unreliable, however, had my order shipped via priority mail on Friday, it would have arrived in time for my event. Instead, the order wasn't processed until Monday and didn't get to the post office until Tuesday the date that per their site said it would be delivered. Takeaway, only order if you have time to wait for delivery.

I love my lifesize Machine Gun Kelly cutout! It’s very durable, super realistic, and accurate on height! The price was reasonable and the shipping was fast, easy to open, and the cutout was very easy to setup, in just seconds!
