"Very funny and entertaining cutout"

Received the product as described and it looks great! Got it as a gift for friends for Christmas and everyone loved it. Cheaper than ones I saw on other sites and look just as good as any others out there.

Update:: The order has arrived, and I’ll still have to figure out a way to get it to my friend who lives out of state, but the cutout itself is exactly what we had hoped for.

Prior review: As of Dec 4, I do not have my order that was to arrive Nov 29, and USPS tracking has been vague for multiple days with no arrival date or current location posted. I ordered a cut out for a friend’s birthday gift, and paid extra for faster shipping to make sure I’d have it before driving two+ hours to meet up with her to celebrate her birthday. We don’t see each other on a regular basis so this was the only time I’d be able to give her her gift. It was a group gift, meaning others at the party were counting on this gift as well.

I understand that the company can’t be held responsible once the item is shipped, but the estimate for the arrival date was November 29 and I see that the item wasn’t even shipped out until November 29. So that part definitely is the fault of the company. I started paying closer attention to tracking as the date of the party got closer and it showed the same thing for days, that it was in transit to the next facility and it would arrive Dec 2nd. It did not arrive on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th and still shows the same “in transit” status with no estimated arrival date.

The party has come and gone and I had to print her out a picture of the delayed arrival tracking message instead of arriving with a 6’ cut out of her favorite football player. And I have no idea when I’ll see her again to get it to her. Huge fail, even if it does ever arrive. We were so sad no to have a birthday gift for our friend at her celebration.

I ordered a cutout of my favorite actor (Devon Bostick) and I couldn’t be happier! It’s very nice quality and spectacular! My only issue was that I didn’t have any tracking for several days (I used priority mail, which usually has tracking). I did email the company and they got to me in a timely and friendly manner. They were very helpful with resolving the issue and even offered to send me a reprint with a faster carrier. After sending the email, I received my cutout within 3 days! I would definitely recommend Celebrity Cutouts and I’ll buy from them again! 😊

Great, as usual! The turnaround time is phenomenal. Packaging is pretty secure (though sometimes they'll get a small ding) and image quality is great. Holds up even on close inspection.
