I wish there was an opportunity to speak with one of the engineers running the parts. I called in to speak with customer service regarding my choice of material and she was of very little help. I wanted to know what kind of consistency to expect out of the Shore 60 and she didn't know, so I had to resort to a quick google search. I had her move it down to the Shore 40, which ended up being the wrong decision. In hindsight I should have pushed her to get me to someone who had informed answers, but I was anxious to get these parts ordered.

Do your research and make sure you have all the answers you're looking for before you order.

"Expensive"

Expensive. Not everyone has the money like these big businesses so suggest lowering the price or offer better coupons, 10% nothing. If the coupon is not 25-30% off then what are you really saving?

the invoices have been repeatedly sent to the wrong email despite my correcting. in addition, the order was delayed because the initial vendor email was also wrong.

still, parts come as desired, will order again. i'm sure you can figure out the admin stuff eventually
