From start to finish my home was treated with care. Consultation with Hud, prior to any work being done, was very helpful & informative. Survey came next, which was hassle free. Now on to the installation dates, Ryan & Aiden were very polite, friendly & professional. They treated me & my property with the utmost respect. At the end of each working day, they cleared up & disposed of all debris. They worked hard & went above & beyond on one extremely wet day, cheerfully, even though they were soaked through. Once this work was completed, Graham arrived to paint all of the wood surfaces, again, very friendly, worked hard & treated my home with respect. Scaffolding was taken away promptly. I now have beautiful windows & doors. I noticed immediately the difference in the heat in my home & the deadening of sound from outside. Amazing product, excellent service from the whole team. I love my new doors & windows & would not hesitate to recommend CR Smith. Thanks to all involved. A couple of tips to add to this review, double check every little bit of work before the installers leave, one overlooked piece of missing trim has caused me more hassle than the entire instal. Do not take as read when the guys say they will be "back tomorrow" or "a day next week", to complete finishing touches, since sadly in this case, nobody turned up. I will give them the benefit of the doubt & say perhaps this is down to very busy work schedules. Do however ensure that even the tiniest detail is relayed to Customer Services so that it is logged on your records. I am glad to say that it has today been completed. It's such a shame, because prior to this, I had no complaints at all with CR Smith.

I entered into a contract with the Company ten years ago. Communication from the instillation team from day one was excellent. Timetables dates etc were all confirmed in writing and installed trouble free. The internal sales team were an absolute pleasure to deal with, all call backs (when required) were followed through. Any forward bookings were confirmed in writing. Honestly the service from sales stall, tradesmen, and installation management wis first class at all times. I have no problem awarding this Company five stars (I'm only sorry I cannot award "six")
