"I am delighted with my new patio door…"

I am delighted with my new patio door each and everyone of the tradesmen involved were all outstanding a fantastic team.
The only reason for not giving a 5 star review is the fact I paid £500 for a skip that never came. Although work men did remove the bricks and old window in there work vans. I did complain to customer service lady who said she would mention to her manager and look into it and call me back but never did.

Excellent product offered. No hard sell. Would have been 5* but company was reluctant to negotiate a lower price. However very good finance deal offered and kept up to date with all aspects. Door installed when said and professionally done

Contacted CR Smith with a problem with my door lock on a door they fitted 9 years ago, the girl I spoke to was extremely helpful and arranged for a repair to be done asap and ensuring I knew that if the problem became worse and I couldn’t lock the door I could phone back and someone would be out the same day. Brian and Frank turned up on the day and were very knowledgeable and made sure the door was working properly, probably better than when it was new.

at the end of the day. I have used CR Smith over the years and they are my first choice . No need for

For the second time all aspects of the process have been exemplary. From survey and quote to organisation but especially the installation team everything has been spot on. The guys were polite and used dust sheets inside and out, hoovering up at the end of the day.

We had a double glazing unit which had misted up and needed replaced and we went straight to CR Smith as they had done a couple of repairs for us before even though they didn’t do the original window installation. Terry and Connor arrived promptly and replaced the window pane quickly and efficiently. They respected my property and cleaned up after the job was complete, even cleaning the window with some glass cleaner. I couldn’t have asked for a better service.
