I have tried various companies for door installations over the past 5 years, and I was left with either suppliers not returning calls or not returning to the property after seeing what was required. CR Smith immediately returned my call, I was worried initially about finance hence not looking into CR Smith initially. An appointment was booked and I had the most wonderful experience. Throughout the run up to the installation the ladies on the phones have been so helpful to the gentlemen installing the door. Everyone is so kind and polite and the finance that has been put in place makes it manageable. I am so grateful.

Recently ordered a new door from cr smith. The salesman was very knowledgeable and explained what everything would entail. We were impressed with CR Smith from the start of the process of getting new windows, right through to the completed job. What helped us decide to go with them, rather than any of the competitors, was the honesty early on. We had a small window in the bathroom that we were going to replace, but we were told that there was no point because the window was in good condition and therefore didn’t need to be renewed. This saved us some money in what can be an expensive process. We were able to choose an install date that suited us, and on the day, the joiners arrived on time to do the job. Everything went well and we were down to the last window to be replaced, when the joiners discovered some fibrous board which could, potentially, have been asbestos. They did 100% the right thing by stopping the install until testing could be done, and at no extra cost to ourselves. As it turned out, it wasn’t asbestos, but I fully support and commend CR Smith for handling the situation so professionally. There was no point putting anyone’s health at risk for the sake of a window. Once the test results had been received, the install of the final window went ahead without a hitch. The windows themselves are of top notch quality, and the standard of work by the CR Smith tradesmen is exemplary. We are absolutely delighted with the work, and have no hesitation recommending CR Smith to anyone who is considering getting this type of work done. Finally, I’d like to give a shout out to the people involved in making everything so painless; our sales guy, Hud, who was very attentive and even followed up after the sale; our joiners, Dylan, Ryan, Brian and Frank, who all did a first class job installing the windows; Gordon, who followed up with the plastering, and Brian, our painter, who finished off the job. I’d also like to give a shout out to Chloe at customer services, and all the other customer service staff, who helped along the way - everyone was so friendly and attentive. Of course I also have to thank the managers who called and also personally visited, to make sure the work was going well, but apologies to them as I didn’t catch their names. If I accidentally missed anyone, apologies for that too, but rest assured your contribution was appreciated. Would I use CR Smith again? Absolutely!
