CR Smith team of two arrived when they said they would and explained what the process would entail.
The work was carried out as per the plan to the timescale promised.
The Joiner and Apprentice were meticulous in preparation with dust sheets and preparation to start job was impressive.
Both employees were dressed properly for the job, and were very polite in addressing my wife and I on what was happening.
All in all we were very impressed with the modus operandi.
The whole operation suggests that the company culture is what the customer is looking for.

Where can I start!! My experience from start to finish was so easy and stressfree. My initial contact was just a tentative one, with no plan to make any quick decisions. However the salesman Matt was not pushy in the slightest, just friendly, informative, and able to confirm that they would provide what I was looking for. Plus a defibrillator was not required when he gave me the price! 😁 When the 2 man team arrived, both Gordon and Sean were friendly, and worked away quietly and unobtrusive, barely stopping for the odd cuppa, for which they were extremely grateful. When there was a slight issue, I was unaware of it until a solution had been reached, making the installation very smooth running. The guys were a pleasure to have in my home. A friendly visit my Kyle the manager was a nice touch, followed by project manager Graeme coming speedily to resolve a slight snagging issue, and Mike the painter putting the final touches. Matt revisited at the end to check that I was happy, as a couple of bits of the work were "non-standard", and this left me feeling that the company really care that they're giving the customer what they expect, and what was promised. I'm delighted with the attitude and care of all the staff from start to finish, and would have no hesitation in recommending CR Smith to any of my friends and family.

The guys who came and fitted the windows were first class. Friendly and answered any questions I had.
The windows have just been fitted today and I am delighted with the quality of the windows and the workmanship of the guys who done the facings in the house.

"New front door with side panel…"

We are very pleased with our new front door. Both the quality and workmanship is is superb. The installer was informative and did a great job. We thought that we might have to decorate the hall after the installation but the finishing was so carefully done that there isn’t a mark on the existing decor. Excellent value for money.
