Our back door wouldn’t lock, I called CR Smith & they arranged for Brian to come out as an emergency to fix it. Brian was really accommodating & agreed to come slightly later than arranged to allow us to make a hospital appointment. He was really friendly & fixed the door within 20 mins!

Great experience with CR Smith who replaced our 2 year old door which was originally bought and fitted by Everest, this door was supposed to be Everest's top of the range door, but turned out to be very cheap door at a very expensive price.
We can only thank CR Smith for supplying and fitting a superior door, their professionalism and courteous manner helped in making what was a difficult situation into a good experience.

A window on ground floor stuck open. Customer service team prompt and considerate and arranged an emergency visit that day from the area joiner. Brian arrived at lunchtime, no more than 2 hours later, succeeded in closing the window and making it secure, ready for him to return by appointment to do the repair work. Neat job, efficiently done.

Had a problem with a door not locking on Saturday afternoon. Phoned Customer Services and within 1 hour problem was fixed.
Great service all round - especially Matty who arrived exactly when he said he would and then fixed the problem superbly. Friendly, informative and talented joiner/fitter who was a credit to CR Smith.

Consultation was nice and simple, all staff were really friendly and helpful! Installation was even easier, just let the guys in and they worked around everything and tidied up everything before they left, even kept an eye on the cat haha!!
Have had plenty of checkups and checks to see that everything is up to my satisfaction, even changed my mind last minute and was fully accommodated. Fantastic service overall!
